Pool Rules

  • Residents must have their pool pass visible at all times.
  • No lifeguard on duty; homeowners are responsible for their households.
  • No food or drink allowed within four feet of the pool's edge.
  • No running, diving, or loud music in the pool enclosure.
  • Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Only residents and their registered guests may use the pool.
  • Please clean your area and close umbrellas before leaving.
Rules

  • To rent the lodge, you must be a current homeowner with no outstanding assessment/s

  • The lodge fee is $125 (non-refundable) and must be PREPAID before your reservation is secured

  • The renting homeowner must be present at the lodge during the entire event

  • The pool may not be used until 4:00 pm and a certified lifeguard must be present

  • It is the responsibility of the renter to have or hire a lifeguard

  • No one under 17 may swim at the pool unless accompanied by an adult.

Lodge Rules

If rental rules are violated, your privileges may be revoked or suspended
Liability

  • If damages occur during rental of the lodge, future rental privileges for the renting homeowners/lot owner may be revoked

  • In the event of the need for maintenance or repair attributed to the willful or negligent act of the owner of a lot, a member of his/her family, his/her guest or invitee, the cost thereof plus twenty-five percent (25%) overhead expense shall be assessed against the owner and paid by the owner within 60 days of assessment

Cleanup

  • The main lodge space, bathrooms, and kitchen must be cleaned and ready for the next rental when you leave

  • All trash cans must be kept in the kitchen

    • Empty them to outside trash bins before leaving

  • You may only use sticky tac to hang things on the walls to prevent damage and it must be removed when you are done

    • There can be no visible signs of items hung on the walls remaining after your rental

  • No fireworks may be used at the lodge grounds at any time

  • No bleach, ammonia, or abrasives on the countertops

    • No bleach, chlorine, or steel wool on the stainless-steel sink
